Group Companies
Individual Businesses.
Connected by a Wider Group.
The Group brings together operating businesses, brands, platforms and enterprise initiatives serving different markets and customer requirements.
Each business develops according to its own commercial environment while remaining connected to a broader entrepreneurial foundation built around execution, capability development and responsible growth.
Shared Foundation.
One wider enterprise platform supporting businesses with different markets, products and operating models.
Independence Where Needed. Connection Where Valuable.
Businesses operating in different sectors cannot all be managed in exactly the same way. Their customers, products, processes and commercial requirements may be very different.
The Group therefore recognises the importance of allowing individual businesses to develop according to their own operating environment.
At the same time, useful capabilities — including technology, professional support, digital commerce, communication and management experience — can create value across more than one business.
A Group is more than a collection of names. Its strength can come from the capabilities, experience and opportunities that individual businesses are able to share.
One Corporate Foundation. Multiple Operating Directions.
The portfolio extends across operating businesses, consumer-facing brands, digital platforms, professional capabilities and new enterprise initiatives.

Federate Controls
The Group's entrepreneurial journey began in Kolkata in 2007 through Federate Controls, an engineering and contracting enterprise.
The First Business Created More Than a Beginning.
Federate Controls established the first operating foundation from which the broader enterprise journey developed.
Engineering and contracting work created practical exposure to project execution, manpower, technical requirements, commercial responsibility and on-ground problem solving.
Those operating lessons later became useful as the entrepreneurial journey expanded beyond engineering into additional sectors and business models.
Different Forms of Enterprise.
Not every activity within a diversified business group has the same structure.
Some may operate as companies, others as brands, platforms, commercial ventures or specialised business capabilities.
Understanding these distinctions helps present the Group portfolio more accurately while still showing how its different operating identities connect.
Business entities carrying out defined commercial or operational activities.
Market-facing identities built around products and customer propositions.
Online businesses and systems connecting users, products and services.
Professional or operational capabilities delivered through service models.
Commercial initiatives developed around specific opportunities.
New enterprise concepts evaluated before becoming mature operating businesses.
A Customer May Know the Brand Before They Know the Group.
Individual brands and platforms may build their own relationship with customers while remaining part of a wider entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The Group Exists Behind Different Customer Experiences.
Customers usually engage with the product, platform or business most relevant to their immediate need.
The wider Group may sit behind these market-facing identities by providing entrepreneurial context, operational learning or shared capability where appropriate.
This allows individual brands and businesses to build their own market relevance while still benefiting from the experience surrounding the broader portfolio.
Shared Capability. Individual Responsibility.
Group connection becomes valuable when it strengthens individual businesses without removing their responsibility for their own markets and operations.
Operating Experience
Lessons from one business can improve the way another approaches execution.
Digital Capability
Technology and digital systems can support multiple business models.
Professional Support
Organised business functions can strengthen the operating foundation.
